- Attraction and development of talent and management of productivity, quality, and legacy systems with Anderson Borges, who has almost 20 years of experience as a developer and leader of engineering, data, and product teams in companies such as Zak, ClickBus, and Conta Azul. There are two classes, one focused on attracting and developing people for product development teams, and the other focused on how to increase the productivity and quality of these teams, while taking care of legacy systems (who doesn’t have a legacy system to take care of? 😅)
- Construction and execution of technology strategy, with Scheila Giongo, with more than 15 years of experience in companies such as Arco Educação, Creditas, ThoughtWorks and conta Azul. In this class, Scheila explains how to design and execute a strategy for the technology team that maximizes the delivery of results for the company and the client in a scalable and sustainable way.
